This was not the best sunset I saw in Cuba.
No exotic locale or ancient landmarks to complement the natural scene.
But this pale yellow sunset against dull grey-blue clouds, above an ordinary row of palms was extraordinary in one important way.
It was the last sunset of my trip to Cuba, seen from my hosts' back terrace. And that made it very special indeed.
