One upon a time, there was a little girl in India with bells on her feet.
Everywhere she went, running and bouncing and skipping, she made beautiful, happy music.
Those sweet melodies, and the very notion that our steps could make music for others, inspired me to get my own set of bells.
And now my little friend and I each make music together, on the opposite sides of the earth.
